Hello & Welcome!

I'm Sam, a boy mom and lifelong fitness enthusiast with 14 years of Marine Corps, bodybuilding and personal training experience. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Women’s Fitness Specialist, I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum programs that help moms stay fit, rebuild strength and meet military fitness standards safely. Making their journey healthier, stronger and more confident through motherhood.


My priorities are to:

  • Work with you to ensure that you achieve your desired health and fitness goals through tailor-made programs.
  • Help you develop a healthy lifestyle by instilling healthy habits.
  • Change your views on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are.
  • Make sure that you enjoy the process!


I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be difficult, but with the right coaching and guidance, it will be much easier to stay on track!
